I was contacted to do a design for another short film being made in the UK, 'Flowers'.
The film was set in a lower class high rise apartment block filled with a mix of people like blue collar workers, welfare teen mums anddrug dealers.
The story is about a murder in 1962 and the angry spirit coming back 50 years later in the form of a reaper like creature to take it's revenge on the children of it's killers and any other sinful people it comes across.

 Once the design was approved I went ahead and did a final character render.

Dec 2011-Feb 2012

They wanted the reaper to have creepy elongated fingers and also be almost just bones with some mummified-like skin still clinging to the body.

I did a quick concept of the head to get the ball rolling which they loved so I continued on from there and created the rest of the character.

Carnage

Giant hermit crab that is used to drag around tiny cities.

A good friend of mine asked me to design a few things for a short film he was wanting to make. He wanted a big hulking alien and possibly some vehicles and weapons.
Unfortunately the project was cancelled before I got too far into it but here's a few things from it.

Final turnaround of the Behemoth, the project was cancelled before I was able to do any posing and final renders.

June 2011

This was done as a quick colour test.

Originally they wanted the Behemoth alien to have horns but that was later dropped, keeping the head round with rough skin.

The Helicoptor and Rifle were designed for the human contingent that was fighting back against the aliens.

Tried my hand at a likeness sculpt of my brother. Really fun, Im definately going to do a few more of these soon.
