Shadow over Innsmouth

Ok onto the render stage. To do this I rendered out multiple colour and lighting passes from Zbrush and composited it all together in Photoshop. I then added a backgound, did some painting over the top to create the eyes, highlights and just a few extra details, added some filters, colour correction and was done :)
